Recent Successes

- Client charged with first degree felony for possession and intent to distribute meth (penalty 5 years to life in prison) in Provo District Court. Our Motion to Suppress was granted and case was dismissed in 2007.

- Client charged with third degree felony (penalty 0 to 5 years in prison) in Provo District Court for possession of a dangerous weapon by a restricted person. We won the preliminary hearing and the case was dismissed in 2008.

- Client was charged with theft in Midvale Justice Court in 2008. The trial was held and she was acquitted.

- Client was charged with domestic violence and domestic violence in the presence of a child in Taylorsville Justice Court. The matter went to trial and it was dismissed in 2007.

- Two teenagers were charged with felony theft in Juvenile Court. They were both outstanding academic students with plans for college and post college plans. We convinced the state to reduce the charges to a misdemeanor in 2008. They will be able to continue their academic plans without felonies on their record.

- Client was charged with domestic violence in Sandy Justice Court in 2008. The matter was dismissed at trial.

- Client was charged with possession of Marijuana and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia in Midvale Justice Court in 2008. The case was tried and client was acquitted at trial.

- Client was charged with second DUI in Draper Justice Court (penalty is a minimum 10 days in jail). We filed a motion to suppress. Our motion was granted and the case was dismissed.
